A WOMAN showed her "mombod" including loose skin on her stomach, stretch marks and adult acne in order to show how normal they are.

Mother and TikToker Nisha L, who posts with the handle @mama3xxx, uploaded the empowering video with the caption: "Normalize it."



In the short clip she can be seen displaying her tummy with postpartum loose skin, her hips with stretch marks and her face with some signs of adult acne.

She said: "Got loose skin? Normal. Stretch marks? Normal. Adult acne? Completely normal.

"You are beautiful."

Fans were quick to praise the influencer on the video, which has been liked by almost one million people.
