When to watch the ‘Station 19’ Season 5 Episode 5 and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 18 Episode 5 on Hulu

Hulu drops new episodes of Station 19 and Grey’s Anatomy the morning after they air on ABC. So you can watch the Nov. 11 crossover starting on Friday, Nov. 12. Just remember to watch Station 19 Season 5 Episode 5 before Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 5 to avoid any confusion.

What happens in the new ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘Station 19’ crossover tonight?

The Nov. 11 crossover episode of Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 and Station 19 Season 5 is expected to be explosive. According to ABC, an explosion rocks a neighborhood, and the aftermath will “change the lives of our firefighters forever.”

But before everything goes down, Victoria “Vic” Hughes (Barrett Doss) and Theo Ruiz (Carlos Miranda) reach a “relationship milestone.” However, Vic needs to confront her own thoughts on commitment. Dean Miller (Okieriete Onaodowan) also might be leaving his current position as he “considers a new potential career opportunity.” Then Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz) hides out at Dean’s house, and she takes care of her friend’s daughter, Pruitt.

Meanwhile, the promos for the Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 crossover suggest that a firefighter — notably Ben Warren (Jason George) — gets hurt and possibly dies because of the neighborhood explosion. But whether a major death occurs at the end of the episode, it seems the crew moves to Grey Sloan in Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 5.

ABC’s press release reveals the doctors “spring into action” following the explosion, and all the incoming traumas will hit “close to home.” Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) also experiences PTSD. But luckily, he gets help from Megan Hunt (Abigail Spencer), Winton Ndugu (Anthony Hill), and Cormac Hayes (Richard Flood).

While many fans are worried about who dies in the Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 crossover tonight, the new episode might be one of the first times Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) has been safe from danger. ABC revealed the general surgeon will be in Minnesota with Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone), and they’ll meet a “familiar face.” The network also confirmed that Tom Koracick (Greg Germann) will return and help with Amelia and Meredith’s study.

There are a lot of moving parts in episode 5 of Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 and Station 19 Season 5. So at this point, anything can happen. But the network has made one thing clear — not everyone will survive. Stay tuned.
