My hair used to be my crowning glory, but now it's falling out

DEIDRE SAYS: If this is something you have not experienced before, it could be down to stress or a problem with diet.

Have you been living in a stressful situation or has something happened that would trigger your hair loss?

Keep a diary of what you are eating and go to see a good hairdresser, who will advise you how best to wear your hair as it is, or they may suggest a new style and products.

My support pack called Losing Your Hair will show you where to find expert help.
