And the rugby sevens team then take on New Zealand in a mouthwatering semi-final.
We then head to the pool with Tom Dean looking to make it two golds in two days as he takes part in the 4x200m freestyle relay.
Come 6am, Geraint Thomas will look to bounce back from a wretched road race to win gold in the time trial.
And we will have live coverage of the Olympic men's football with some big names set to bow out in the group stage.

HOW'S STAT FOR THE COXLESS FOUR?
Team GB have a phenomenal record in the coxless four and have won it at all the last five Olympic Games.
The fifth straight gold in the coxless four in Rio, achieved by Moe Sbihi and his team-mates, broke a record held by East Germany, who won the event at four consecutive Olympics between 1968 and 1980.
The last time the Brits failed to win it was back in 1996 in Atlanta.
There, they picked up the bronze with Australia taking gold.
Roll on 2.10am BST this morning…

So there is plenty of pressure on the shoulders of Sholto Carnegie, Oliver Cook, Rory Gibbs and Matthew Rossiter to maintain that wonderful tradition.
Thomas and Tao Geoghegan Hart are in time-trial action and divers Dan Goodfellow and Jack Laugher will fancy their chances on the men’s synchronised 3m springboard.
Rugby sevens medals will be decided and it is scheduled to be the final day of surfing.

TEAM GB PERFORMING ABOVE EXPECTATIONS
Team GB's four-day haul of 13 medals, including four golds, puts them on course for an above-par bonanza of 55 gongs.
That's the verdict Simon Gleave, head of sports analysis at Nielsen Gracenote, has given the BBC as he predicted Team GB can hold onto their current fifth position in the medals' table.
Britain so far have notched up four victories, plus five silvers and four bronzes.
And Gleave said: "After four days, the expectation was that Great Britain would have 10 medals – three gold, five silver and two bronze medals.
"The forecast for Great Britain has therefore improved to 55 medals including 15 golds.
"This is likely to be enough for fifth place on the medal table on both total medals and gold medals."
