Katie Holmes and her restaurateur boy toy Emilio Vitolo called it quits on their whirlwind eight-month romance a few weeks ago, with her rep confirming they split ‘amicably’ on May 13.
And the 42-year-old Dawson’s Creek darling looked a bit downtrodden as she was seen for the first time since their parting was revealed.
Katie’s solo outing in NYC comes amid reports that Emilio, 33, is already on a ‘bunch’ of dating apps including celeb-favorite Raya.

Katie was seen clinging onto a cup of coffee as she stood on the sidewalk waiting for a car to whisk her away.
She appeared a bit glum as she hid her eyes behind a pair of oversized sunglasses and wore her brown tresses up in a messy bun.
The Batman Begins actress wore very baggy parachute pants with a striped button down and a pair of retro white sneakers.
And though her rep told Us Weekly the pair ‘parted ways amicably but remain friends,’ NYC singles have already glimpsed the Emilio’s Ballato chef on a bevy of dating apps.

‘It’s not just Raya — he’s on a bunch of other dating apps too,’ an insider told Page Six. ‘He didn’t exactly hide the fact that he’s broken up from Katie.’
Another Us Weekly source said that their breakup was due in part to ‘different schedules and different commitments.’
The pair had taken space while Katie shot a film in Connecticut and upon returning back to the city the relationship ‘fizzled.’
‘Their relationship fizzled. They figured out they’re better off as friends,’ the insider said, adding that there was ‘no drama’ with the breakup.
‘There’s no drama that went down with the breakup…Katie and Emilio really enjoyed their time together — it just simply didn’t work out. She’s focusing on being a mom and her upcoming projects.’
