Tonight, American Idol is doing something they’ve never done before – a comeback stage!
10 contestants who competed on the show last season will be returning for their chance to enter the Top 10 of the current season. One singer will be voted into the finals for season four.
All of these contestants have never set foot on the American Idol stage since they were forced to perform at home during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Last night, the Top 9 from this season’s pool of contestants were announced and three singers were sent home.
