Post Malone To Headline Virtual Pokémon Day Concert

Post Malone is set to headline a virtual concert on Pokémon Day on Saturday, February 27.

“I’ve been a fan for such a long time, kind of grew up with it,” the rapper told Billboard. “Celebrating 25 years is a big deal, so we decided to do it together.”

Fans will able to watch the show for free on Saturday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m. EST on Pokémon’s YouTube channel, Twitch channel, and 25th anniversary website.

“We’re kicking off our yearlong P25 Music program with a virtual concert that only Pokémon and Post Malone could bring you!” a statement on the website reads. “This massive online party is an exciting opportunity to unite Pokémon and music fans around the world.”

The statement adds, “It’s going to be a wild celebration of Pokémon’s 25 years with lots of unexpected surprises in store. Make sure you stay tuned at the end of the concert for more thrilling P25 Music announcements!”
