Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani said: ‘Chyna also proved that, although Kris Jenner was the ringleader for the plot to get Season two of Rob & Chyna cancelled, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner each separately defamed and intentionally interfered with Chyna’s contract for season two — so all three daughters face a trial by jury for their illegal conduct against Chyna…’

Rob’s attorney Marty Singer has claimed that Rob & Chyna was cancelled because the couple called it quits.
Also set for late November, Chyna has a jury trial against Rob, 33, for allegedly posting illegal revenge porn in July of 2017.
Singer told Page Six: ‘The evidence in our case overwhelmingly establishes that the claims filed by Blac Chyna are without merit and we look forward to a jury trial to dispose of these meritless claims.’
Chyna sued the entire Kardashian/Jenner family in October of 2017 over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and interference with prospective economic relation.
The Real Blac Chyna star began dating Rob in 2016, and they welcomed their daughter Dream Renée, four, was born that November, before they broke up in February of 2017.

They recently came to a new custody agreement, after originally agreeing to a joint custody schedule in 2017, which neither parent has formally followed.
A source told Page Six in December that they’ve come up with an alternating weekly schedule, splitting equal time for holidays and vacations.
Rob and Chyna have both agreed to remain drug-and-alcohol-free while caring for Dream, after he accused the mother of his child of using illicit substances around their daughter.
He requested sole custody last January, after claiming Chyna was a risk to Dream, but she denied the allegations, and Rob’s request was subsequently denied.
