Hailey Bieber reveals the workout that keeps her 24 inch waistline in check: ‘It gets my body in the best shape because it’s very elongating’
Hailey Bieber has revealed the workout that fits her best.
The 24-year-old model – who is married to Sorry singer Justin Bieber – has spilled the details of her current fitness and skincare routine, and the former ballet dancer explained that her body is always in the ‘best shape’ when she does Pilates.
‘Exercise is another thing that keeps my mind … and my body really healthy,’ Hailey – who is 5ft7in, has a 24 inch waist and weighs around 110lbs – told the Women’s Health Going for Goal podcast.

‘I really like Pilates and boxing for cardio. And I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio,’ said the model who is in the spring Versace campaign with best friend Kendall Jenner.
‘I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,’ added the Vogue cover girl.
The daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin then said: ‘And a lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance. And I think that’s why I identify with and like it so much.’

On top of her game: ‘I really like Pilates and boxing for cardio. And I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio,’ said the Versace model
She also said Pilates is designed to not only improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, but to also improve ‘mental awareness.’
When it comes to maintaining her radiant skin, Hailey swears by a ‘double cleanse’ and always wears SPF without fail.
She said: ‘I’m pretty consistent with my daytime and night-time routine, which is a double cleanse – first an oil-based cleanser, and then a gentle foaming [cleanser]; a serum or two, depending on if I want to layer more things, a moisturiser.

‘And I always wear SPF every single day. I think if I had understood even younger than 24 that SPF was so important, I probably would have done it sooner. But I think I’ll be happy that I even started in my 20s.’

‘I’m also married to someone that’s been dealing with this a lot longer than I have, to an extremely, like the highest level it could possibly be.
‘I think being able to share that world with somebody that understands it even better than I do has been so helpful.’
The media personality also reflected on learning how to accept criticism from social media users as she added: ‘The biggest thing for me with social media was the battle of… for a while strangers made me feel like I had to explain myself.’

And she talked about Justin living with Lyme disease.
‘I think with the Lyme disease and that situation, it definitely makes you more aware of your health and I think it makes you pay more attention to how you feel and different symptoms,’ she said on the podcast episode, which was released on Tuesday.
‘Lyme disease is an interesting thing because a lot of people don’t believe it’s real, and a lot of people think it’s BS. But I’ve had it before, I’ve dealt with it,’ she shared.
‘My husband has it and deals with it very deeply. I think it’s about finding the right doctors who believe in getting to the bottom of any health issues that you might have.’
