Saira Khan says she was left feeling ‘cheated and embarrassed’ after Amazon hackers directed her skincare customers to a German sex toy site.

The Loose Women presenter, 50, who lives in Oxford, revealed how the Amazon page of her organic skincare range Saira Skin, was attacked virtually by hackers who then redirected the online traffic to an adult website based in Germany.

Writing in a column for The Sunday Mirror, the businesswoman confessed she ‘doesn’t know where to start’ with online security, and added that she fears her business might still be vulnerable to attack.

The presenter revealed how the Amazon page of her organic skincare range Saira Skin, was attacked virtually by hackers who redirected online traffic to an adult website

‘I was targeted recently and the experience has left me feeling cheated, embarrassed and, more than anything, downright angry’, wrote Saira.

The presenter told how she felt ‘safe and secure’ selling her products on Amazon, and that it made sense for a small company to make the most of the site’s global reach.

She recalled ‘shuddering’ after her business partner informed her that customers were being redirected to a different website entirely.

After quickly contacting Amazon, her account was disabled, and Saira said that despite chasing the site regularly, her page is still down, leaving her ‘angry’ at the loss of revenue.

Saira admitted that she ‘doesn’t know where to start’ in regards to securing her online business, and questioned whether she could have done more to protect her page.

And after already being forced to take down her Amazon page, Saira’s business was attacked again, when her main website began diverting to a suspicious webpage.

Fortunately, her provider was able to fix the problem quickly – but the presenter admits she’s still cautious of her cyber security.

She told that once targeted online, the chances of being attacked again are higher as hackers are able to locate weak spots in cyber security and Saira admitted she feels ‘anxious’ about it happening again.

While Saira is sticking to skincare, singer Lily Allen has embraced the idea of selling sex toys after unveiling her own adult toy, in partnership with online retailer Womanizer.

The songstress, who gave the brand a shout out in her autobiography, My Thoughts Exactly, claiming their sex toys ‘changed my life’, has collaborated with the company to come up with her own unique design, retailing at a price of £89.

In a promotional video for the campaign, mother-of-two Lily, 35, says: ‘So, I’ve got a little secret – I masturbate. But why is saying it out loud so weird?’

In the video, which sees her rolling around on a bed in silk pyjamas before applying lipstick, Lily goes on to champion self-love and empowerment for women’s sexual needs, claiming the toy ‘changed my orgasmic experience all together’.

She says: ‘Loving yourself should be the most normal thing in the world. We all deserve amazing orgasms, right? So let’s be open about it. Free yourself, feel yourself, love yourself! I masturbate – do you?’
