Towie's Bobby Norris shows off his athletic physique in tight outfit after transforming his body

TOWIE'S Bobby Norris today continued to show off his new athletic physique in a tight outfit after revealing his body transformation.

The 33-year-old reality star's toned muscles were visible underneath his body-hugging orange sweater.

Bobby shocked fans at the weekend when he showed off his incredible new look after weeks of working out.

Today Bobby looked confident as he stepped out in VERY tight jeans (which he was seen adjusting at one point).

He also showed off some designer stubble and his new curly locks – looking a far cry from the fresh-faced star who shot to fame on the reality series eight years ago.

Bobby debuted his image overhaul on Sunday, shocking fans after taking part in a 75-day challenge that saw him gain a six-pack and rippling muscles.

He admitted at the time that he was stunned by his transformation – and that he now had a body he previously thought he could only dream of.

Bobby has been following Scott Harrison's 'Six Pack Revolution' program.

He explained: "Recently I have been working on something very special and today I am extremely excited showcase the big ‘reveal’. I honestly can’t believe how different I look! But it’s about so much more than that.

"I’ve never had a great relationship with body image, sports & fitness. It’s been a part of my life where I lacked lots of confidence, but then I was fortunate enough to meet @IamScottHarrison and joined his programme @TheSixPackRevolutionand it’s changed my life forever in so many ways.

"I’ve been fuelling my body with nutritious healthy food and doing 15 minute exercises everyday for the first 6 weeks and then 5 weeks ago Scotty stepped in to help me achieve a body and mind I could have only previously dreamed of.

"I’ve never felt more balanced, energised and happy in my own skin. Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about the way you look, it’s about being the best version of you and having respect for yourself and your body.

"My mental health has never been better and I would like to thank you for all the support Scotty, I feel you have made me into the man I always new I could be!"

Participants on the 75-day program are told what to eat and drink, must complete a daily exercise regime and, in a move to add accountability, upload a picture/video to a Facebook group as evidence.

The exercises are short but highly effective, taking 10-15 minutes per day with two sessions of 30 minutes a week.

Filming is currently underway for Towie's 10th-anniversary series, which will air this autumn.

The special will feature old favourites such as Lauren Goodger, Amy Childs and James 'Arg' Argent – although Mark Wright has ruled out a return.

The ITVBe series was due to start filming in the Canary Islands in the coming weeks for the show's annual special abroad but producers have had to scrap the plans after the coronavirus outbreak.

Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions for ITV, previously said: "After 10 years, TOWIE is still going strong and remains the number one show on ITVBe.

"We're thrilled to be welcoming back new and old faces for the upcoming mega-series as the show celebrates this special anniversary."
