Alison Hammond has revealed some fabulous hacks on how to cope in the current blistering summer heat, much to the delight of This Morning fans.
The 45-year-old self-proclaimed "genius in keeping people cool" shared the iconic top tips on the programme last summer, so the ITV show has re-shared the clip on social media.
She told Eamonn Holmes, Ruth Langsford and viewers the secret to cooling down back in July 2019, and with this week's heatwave hitting the public hard, Hammond's hacks are certainly necessary.
Last year's video was a hit among viewers struggling with the sweltering heat, so ITV's This Morning team have gone through their archives to uncover the much-needed clip.
During her heatwave presentation, Alison advised viewers to put a hot water bottle filled with cold water into the freezer.
Alison explained: "You've got a hot water bottle, but switch it up, put some water in it and put it in the freezer and you've got a cold water bottle."
This hack was certainly a popular one among the ITV team, as Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway recommended it earlier this week.
Alison's next top tip involved using a frozen sock.
The Celebs Go Dating star said to find a clean sock and fill it with rice.
She then said to put the rice-filled sock into the freezer for a couple of hours, giving it plenty of time to become ice cold.
Alison explained that the great thing about the rice sock is that "it moulds to your body", so it is perfect for cooling yourself down, day or night.
Her next heatwave hack was to grab a refillable spray bottle and to fill it with cold water and plenty of ice cubes.
She explained: "Then you've got your own personal cool spray bottle."
Alison also gave viewers a tip for cooling down in the heat while enjoying a tasty snack.
She said to get some bananas, cut them up into small pieces and put them in the freezer for "a nice cooling, healthy snack" with fewer calories.
Revealing another hack Alison added: "You can get yourself a fan, you can get a bowl of ice and you put the fan behind the bowl of ice and then you blow it and you literally cool the whole room which is wonderful."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
