Ellen DeGeneres has been accused for weeks of contributing to a toxic work culture, and she even recently addressed the allegations herself in a message to her staff.
Now, her wife Portia de Rossi is making her very first statement about all the allegations from various former and current staffers.

“To all our fans….we see you,” the 47-year-old actress wrote on her Instagram alongside a graphic that read “I Stand by Ellen.” Portia’s message also included, “Thank you for your support. #stopbotattacks #IStandWithEllenDeGeneres #IStandByEllen.”
It’s unclear what bot attacks Portia is referring to at this time.
So far, Ellen herself has not taken to social media to address all the rumors and allegations.
