Actor Ethan Suplee, best known for his role in My Name is Earl, looks dramatically different having shifted an incredible 14 stone.
The American star rose to prominence when he portrayed Randy Hickey, Earl's dim-witted brother, in the sitcom from 2005 to 2009.
By far the biggest glow up this decade has seen so far, the 43-year-old looked a far cry from his former self when he showed off his gym-honed physique online.
Parading his bulging biceps and rippling abs, he recently uploaded a hunky snap gym snap – and fans couldn't quite believe his change in appearance.

He captioned the post: "This may be my [favourite] moment of the year in the gym because it’s empty. 2020 goal: all the abs. What are yours?"
The image soon racked up a lot of likes, with many fans commenting they did not recognise the star.
One asked: "Randy is that you?"
"Damn man. You have motivated me Ethan. Seriously. Getting back on the bike today," another wrote.

The star has been vocal about his weight loss and previously credited cycling and entering races for the reasons behind his slimmer look.
It was after he wrapped the beloved American show that he started to turn his attention to exercise.
"After My Name Is Earl, I started obsessively riding bicycles," he told Entertainment Weekly.

"I actually did get properly thin at one point – I was nine percent body fat. But I was also riding a bicycle six to eight hours a day, six days. After two years of that, my wife said, 'Hey, idiot, you can't retire and ride bicycles. You have to go get a job."
However, his noticeably trimmer frame made it difficult for casting agents to remember who he was.
"So then [when I started looking for work], I found that people were like, 'Who are you? We don't know you. You're this new person.'
"So a couple years ago I made the decision: I'm not going to kill myself to be thin when nobody knows me as a thin person, and I do think it is affecting the kind of jobs I'm getting.
"And so I just kind of relaxed on my diet."
