BBC Breakfast star Mike Bushell, 54, appeared on Strictly Come Dancing last year with Russian-born dancer Katya Jones, 30. The dancing duo’s routines saw them sashay their way to week eight of the competition before the pair were booted off by the judges.
The double act have recently reunited for the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2020 which kicks off this month.
But it seemingly appeared one person, in particular, has somewhat burst Mike’s bubble as they took a swipe at his dancing ability.
Taking to Twitter, the BBC Breakfast presenter uploaded a photo alongside Katya to promote the upcoming tour.
In view of his 55,000 followers, he wrote: “Leaping into the @SCD_Live_Tour tomorrow the training Starts in earnest. Can’t wait to be reunited with @Mrs_katjones for some dancing. Can she work her magic again and will @BrunoTonioli get indigestion again from too many bananas. #lovestrictly.”

Strictly judge Bruno Tonioli, 64, didn’t appear to take Mike’s comment too kindly, as he cheekily replied: “Hopefully you have improved by then.”
His remark comes after it was announced last year the sports presenter will be taking part in the Strictly Live Tour which kicks off this month.
Also featuring will be Saffron Barker and AJ Pritchard, Emma Barton and Graziano di Prima and Catherine Tyldesley and Johannes Radebe.
The celebrities will be joined by professional dancers Luba Mushtuk, Karen Hauer, Dianne Buswell, Joshua Keefe, Jake Leigh and Robbie Kemetoni.
Stacey Dooley will be hosting the show, while Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood will be on the judging panel.
The group will kick off in Birmingham on January 16, before moving onto Aberdeen and Leeds.
The Strictly favourites will then also visit the likes of Manchester, Dublin and Glasgow before finishing in London on February 9.
Yesterday, Mike was reunited with Katya as they shot promotional images as he continues his unpaid leave from BBC Breakfast.

Meanwhile, Mike’s dance partner Katya recently spoke out about the backlash the dancing duo received on the show branding it “absolute nonsense”.
In the weeks before their exit from Strictly, Mike had spoken out about the online abuse he had received from social media trolls.
The comments came after both the presenter and his professional partner had survived three dance-offs after the Strictly judges sent home Catherine Tyldesley in week six and Viscountess Emma Weymouth in week seven of the BBC show.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Katya said: “It was absolute nonsense. There was nothing to address. All we could do was walk out and dance. That’s it.
“That’s all we could do. [The judges] thought it was the best dance, lucky for us, but it’s not our decision.”
She continued: “There’s nothing we can do but do our 15 hours a day and go out and dance. That’s all we can do. We did our best knowing we couldn’t have done any more. That’s how we went through every dance-off or when we left the competition. We couldn’t have done any more.”
Katya and Mike were booted from the dancing competition in week eight narrowly missing out on performing in the iconic Blackpool Tower.
