Tupac Shakur is still alive, according to a conspiracy theorist who has examined footage of the moment the rapper arrived at MGM Grand Hotel on the Las Vegas strip on the same night he was shot.
The 25-year-old multi-platinum artist was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting several hours after attending the Bruce Seldon vs Mike Tyson boxing match at the hotel, dying in hospital days later.
On the night he was shot, Tupac was involved in a tussle with a Crips gang member who was spotted in the hotel lobby after the boxing fight by one of his pals.
CCTV from the hotel showed Tupac arriving hours before he was shot on September 7, 1996.

The rapper, also known as 2Pac and Makaveli, died in a hospital on September 13.
However, according to the conspiracy theorist, all is not as it seems.
In a Youtube video posted to his MrMakaveli channel, he explained: “You know on this footage of Tupac walking into the MGM lobby, I don’t know if anyone ever noticed but he walks right past his body double."
Describing his clothes, he says: “It’s an orange shirt under different lights it looks darker in the darker and under bright lights, it almost looks yellow.

“Tupac walks in and there’s a guy standing in the middle right with his back to Tupac.”
He adds: “This guy is standing right there.
“Tupac walks right past him. He’s standing in exactly the same way as Tupac, got the cigarette right in his hand, he’s got Tupac’s complete outfit on but it looks different because of the light.

“Look at it, it’s right here, this is the body double,” he concludes.
The video has received a mixed reception, with some commentary agreeing that the body double conspiracy is plausible but others insisting Tupac really is dead.

“Yup 2pac is ALIVE,” said another.
However, another viewer said: “That's quite interesting, but Tupac is dead bruh, I know it's hard for us to believe it.”
The Youtube user defended the video and claimed that Tupac’s family might be in on the conspiracy and have been “just trying to protect him”.
