The couple, who tied the knot just over a year ago in an intimate ceremony in their home, have ‘reached a settlement’ in their split, according to TMZ.
Miley’s lawyer ‘will file legal docs Tuesday’ according to the gossip site.

There was a prenuptial agreement in place, say TMZ, meaning the pair will retain their own assets.

The A-list lovers quietly tied the knot one year ago on December 23.

On what would have been her first anniversary with her now ex, Miley shared a post on social media about being ‘super gentle’ with herself this holiday season.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Monday, Miley extolled the virtues of indulging during Christmas but keeping things on track by remembering to keep moving.
She began in her caption: ‘Been seeing a lot of posts about self love and care during Christmas! I think it is super important for everyone to truly enjoy themselves this holiday season!’

The 27-year-old snapped a selfie in a black V-neck sports bra and a pair of grey sweatpants while kneeling on top of a Pilates reformer machine.

She reminded fans: ‘Even if it’s for 15-20 minutes a day! Something is better than nothing!

Cyrus has been spending some quality time with her family during the holidays and shared a fun videos with her mom Tish and sister Brandi and Noah.
‘Today I did a light round of pilates just to release some healthy endorphins and I felt super positive and lifted right after my practice,’ Miley continued on social media.
