Chrissy Teigen wows in champagne satin gown as she joins husband John Legend at marketing awards in Palm Springs

Chrissy Teigen looked incredible when she joined husband John Legend at the 2019 Brandweek Brand Genius Awards Gala in Palm Springs on Monday. 

The 33-year-old slipped into a champagne coloured one-shoulder satin gown as she took to the stage at the event, where she was celebrated as an honoree. 

Afterwards, she posed with John for snaps, who was suited and booted for the occasion.

According to Adweek, more than 600 senior marketers from established and challenger brands attended Brandweek 2019. 

Adweek Editor, SVP, Programming Lisa Granatstein previously said: ‘ We are thrilled with this year’s class of Brand Genius winners, who will join the incomparable Chrissy Teigen as Brand Visionary and Stand Up To Cancer as our Brand Save recipient.’ 

Meanwhile, Chrissy’s outing came as new cookery website Cravings, broke the internet overnight.

Teigen launched the site around 11:35 PST Monday morning, and it immediately crashed as fans and followers poured in. 

She took to Twitter, writing: ‘well s*** ok part of me is very excited by the crashing but are getting this fixed now lol.’

She followed it up with a hilarious snap of her classic gritting teeth meme face photoshopped onto a woman working in a server room.

Chrissy wrote with the photo: ‘working on getting the site back up!!! you crashed meeeee.’  

The website, which is a digital companion to her cookbook of the same name, ended up being restored to working order. 

It’s ultimately an online community for fans and foodies to find recipes, restaurant guides and ideas for entertaining guests.

Users can create a personal profile on the website, where they can bookmark recipes and curate their own Cravings experience. 

Teigen released her cookbook Cravings: Recipes for All of the Food You Want to Eat in 2016, becoming a New York Times bestseller and the second-best selling cookbook of the year.

She also released a followup cookbook in 2018, which was entitled Cravings: Hungry For More.
