The Chase will be replaced from next week as part of an ITV scheduling shake-up.
The popular quiz show, presented by Bradley Walsh, has been a fan favourite since the show first aired in 2009.
Over the last decade the TV series has provided viewers with laughter, tears and surprising facts as four strangers team up to answer general knowledge questions against professional quizzers.
The Chase is set to take a break from our screens from this week with the last episode of the current civilian series airing on Friday followed by a celebrity special on Saturday.

The flagship ITV daytime slot will be filled with Cash Strapped, which will also be presented by Bradley Walsh.
The game show, which has temporarily replaced The Chase before, follows a very different format to it's tried and tested predecessor as six contestants sit in futuristic blue boxes before the presenter.
In a series of rounds, the players fight to build up their pot of money and "cash trap" each other by answering questions correctly.
There are four rounds on each episode and all six remain on the show until one of them successful escapes in the final round.

During it's debut series in 2016, viewers criticised the complexity of the format and begged for bosses to bring back The Chase.
The Chase star Paul Sinha took to social media to share in views on Cash Strapped.
Quizzer Paul, also known as The Sinnerman, called described the first show of Cash Strapped as "weird".
An ITV spokeswomen told Daily Star Online: "The second series of Cash Trapped is airing for 30 episodes weekdays at 5pm from November 11
"The Chase returns after this series."

Viewers were also not happy with Cash Strapped when it last aired in 2017.
One said: "Still have no idea how Cash Strapped works. It's basically "Numberwang".
Another added: "Oh Brad. Much as I love you, I won't be watching Cash Strapped again. My head is spinning.
A third tweeted: "I seriously don't get Cash Strapped."
