Proud single mum Ferne McCann, 29, has undergone tests for a prolapsed bladder after suffering from incontinence.
In September, the mum-of-one revealed she had become incontinent following the birth of her daughter Sunday last November.
In tonight's episode of her ITVBe show, First Time Mum, the former TOWIE star is seen addressing her incontinence struggles as she fears having prolapse.
A preview clip obtained by Mail Online from the show's fourth season sees the reality star attend a medical check-up.
Ferne is asked by the professional: "'Do you find that you go to the toilet more often than the average person? Or not particularly?"
The telly star replied: "I drink a lot of water, so yeah… I guess, I do. I go to the toilet, empty my bladder, and then I feel like I have to go again. Is that normal?"
The medical professional adds: "Well it could be the sign of another problem like a prolapse… which would fit with the heaviness that you've mentioned."
Later, an anxious Ferne admits to the camera that 'she knew it'.
She said: "Oh no… I knew it, I've got a prolapsed womb!"
In September, Ferne revealed that she was left afraid to leave the house after becoming incontinent following the birth of her daughter Sunday.
Ferne admitted that the issue had massively affected her life and made her scared to even drink water through fear of wetting herself.
Speaking to OK! magazine about her incontinence, she said: "It was a bit of a joke at first as I was weeing every time I sneezed during my pregnancy and then it just got progressively worse.
"It has shattered my confidence and made me scared to leave the house."
The Essex beauty continued: "One time I was on a running machine and I had to stop because I'd completely wet myself."
Cameras follow Ferne as she takes motherhood in her stride for First Time Mum series four.
The mother-of-one said she has finally nailed juggling her work commitments with her parenting.
The new series is also set to show Ferne starting her hunt to find 'The One' and have more children.
First Time Mum returns to screens Wednesday at 9pm on ITVBe.
