The Love Island star Lever got incredibly candid in his latest social media post on the official Dom Lever Instagram page.
Dom, who starred in the 2017 series of the matchmaking show, showed off the results of his hair transplant and his motivation for undergoing the procedure.
He shared a musclebound snap, which saw him rock just a towel, as he ran his fingers through his newly-fuller locks.
Alongside the hunky pic, Dom penned: "Two months ago I visited the team KSL Clinics for a FUE hair transplant!

"I wasn’t receding or losing my hair but I’ve always wanted a better hairline.
"I cannot thank the whole team for everything they’ve done leading up to the procedure and the aftercare they have given me."
Fans flocked to shower praise on the sizzling snap.
One follower said: "Looking good, man."
While another continued: "It looks great."

Dom's wife Jess Shears cheekily wrote: "Hey daddy."
Dom, 28, and Jess, 26, met on Love Island and coupled up later in the show, after Dom was initially paired with Montana Brown.
The duo were one of the most long-lasting couples to ever come from Love Island, after they tied the knot in October last year.
Dom and Jess married on the Greek island of Mykonos in an intimate ceremony in front of 22 of their nearest and dearest.
Dom told OK! magazine at the time: "People said we wouldn't last but now we're husband and wife.
"We're proof that when you meet the right person, there's no need to hang around."
