Coronation Street 's Faye Brookes was praised by her fans as she showed off her muscles in a matching burgundy gym set.
The former Coronation Street cast member, who played Kate Connor, faced away from the camera and raised her arms to show off her muscles in a burgundy sports bra.
Wearing matching shorts, Faye plaited her hair into a bun to let her body do the talking in the stunning picture.
She captioned the snap: "World Mental Health Day.
"Stay strong, your story isn't over yet."

Her fans rushed to compliment her on the inspirational pose, as one posted: "You look amazing Faye."
Another added: "Looking good Faye. Work paying off."
A third chipped in: "You're looking beautiful."

Faye split from her fiancé Gareth Gates in August this year after a seven year relationship.
A source told The Sun: "Gareth and Faye have been through a lot together but they just can’t make it work.
"She's in a different place right now after leaving Corrie and is working hard to land some new roles."
