David Beckham shares snap of him and Brooklyn enjoying an ice bath

David and Brooklyn Beckham show off their tattoos as they strip down for a father and son ice bath in VERY chilly temperatures

As father and son they’ve got a lot in common.

And David and Brooklyn Beckham clearly both saw the funny side as they enjoyed an ice bath despite the significant chill in the air over the weekend.

The former footballer, 44, posted an Instagram snap on Saturday of him and his eldest son, 20, flaunting their array of tattoos as they relaxed together in the bath.

We’re not cold! David and Brooklyn Beckham clearly both saw the funny side as they enjoyed an ice bath despite the significant chill in the air

Smiling Brooklyn had his wet hair slicked back and his arm resting behind his chuckling father, who somehow was able to maintain his current perfect look.

In the caption beside his post, David wrote: ‘Obviously something was funny about being in an ice bath in October.’

Brooklyn once more showed that he has adopted his father’s muscled look, as both men displayed their toned abs.

Getting warm! Brooklyn also shared a shirtless snap of himself as he posed in his towel by a roaring fire after the al fresco bath

The fashion icon’s latest family snap comes after he shared a huddled up picture with his ‘very cold’ pal David Gardner at a beach dinner party in Scotland earlier this week.

The event, with Mac and Wild, was to promote his Haig Club whisky, which he is a brand partner of.

The fashion icon once more took to Instagram to share the funny snap of him and his longtime best friend, 43, wearing multiple layers of clothes.

Chilly? Beckham previously took to Instagram on Friday afternoon to share a huddled up picture with his ‘very cold’ pal David Gardner at his beach dinner party with Mac and Wild to promote his Haig Club whisky, which he is a brand partner of, in Scotland

In one picture, David and Dave smiled for the camera while in a different snap they jokingly grimaced over how cold it is.

David captioned the pictures: ‘Fun time in Scotland on the beach in October I enjoyed it I’m not sure @davidgardner looks too over the moon.’

While Dave took to his own Instagram account to post the snaps, which he penned: ‘Scotland sooooo beautiful but this time of year also a little bit cold @haigclub @mrbobbyrich @davidbeckham @thorbjorgolfsson.’

During the party, David also proved that he is a total foodie as he took to his Instagram stories to document the festivities and feasting in the idyllic rustic location.

Eventgoers were treated to scallops, giant shrimp, salmon, haggis and steak for the intimate event which was hosted inside a huge yurt.

And to stick to the Scottish location, the beach party even had bagpipe players to entertain the crowds during eating.

Earlier in the day, David visited Fife to take a look at the Haig Club whisky distillery and the hundreds of barrels.

The bash proves Haig Club – a single grain, no-age-statement Scotch whisky – to be expanding all over the world, after David launched the drink with Diageo and music mogul Simon Fuller back in 2014.

The product is created from liquid sourced from the Cameronbridge distillery and is comprised of a variety of aged whisky from three types of cask: first-fill, rejuvenated and refill Bourbon barrels.

David said of his involvement in 2017: ‘There are many reasons why I wanted to partner Diageo on HAIG CLUB and one of them is their commitment to responsible drinking.’

Discussing his decision to work with whisky, the retired footballer later explained his tastes were changing now he is in his forties.

He told the Telegraph: ‘I am starting to enjoy whisky and have done for the last few years. This is a natural movement – but there has had to be a movement.’

In a recent interview with This Morning, David’s wife Victoria Beckham revealed that the former footballer steals her beauty products for himself.

Speaking about her husband’s fondness for her products, the designer said: ‘David one hundred percent steals my beauty products. We share beauty products.’

The former singer discussed her family further in the interview, telling how make-up is one of the ways she bonds with her daughter Harper, eight.

She said: ‘Harper’s really girly so we do enjoy make up at home. I mean, she wouldn’t go out of the house with make up on obviously, but I think it’s a really nice thing you can do with your daughter, you know. Play with make up and have fun.’

It comes after David recently revealed he insists on instilling work ethic in his children, telling them: ‘You’ll never get anywhere without making sacrifices.’

Asked what advice he gives Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 14, and Harper, eight, the former England captain told GQ magazine: ‘To work hard, simple as that.’

Big fan: He told the Telegraph : ‘I am starting to enjoy whisky and have done for the last few years. This is a natural movement – but there has had to be a movement.’

Brooklyn is an aspiring photographer, and Cruz is said to want to be a pop star like his mum Victoria.

David added: ‘I tell the kids they have to make choices, sometimes give things up. If your friends are going out on a Friday night, maybe you can’t.

‘Maybe you’ve got tennis practice the next day or you’re in the studio singing, like Cruz, or you’ve got a shoot, like Brooklyn. That’s where your focus needs to be.’
