Car salesman Scott, 43, had been carrying the disgusting secret in plain sight for two decades.
He said the condition often got in the way of his job as being a car salesman.
But, in a new episode of The Bad Skin Clinic, Dr Emma Craythorne was given the gruesome task of popping the pimples.
In the clip, Emma cuts open one of the bulging cysts.
Stomach-churning pus begins to seep out of the bulbous spot.
As she cuts deeper into the spot, she said: “It has got a cottage cheese consistency and a cottage cheese smell.”
After squeezing the spots’ entire contents out, a pile of the yellow gross pus remains.
Before he was revealed of his cysts, Scott said: “When one pops, you want to be somewhere else because the smell is awful.
“Whatever I’m wearing is ruined, there’s blood everywhere, pus everywhere.
“I’ve actually been with customers when one has popped, and I’ve just had to excuse myself and clean up.”
Even Scott’s wife, Heather, struggles with it, admitting that it makes her gag every time.
