Birthday preparations were put to one side as Kourtney Kardashian made her latest appearance in Portofino on Thursday.
The TV personality caught the eye in a 90s style cut-out maxi dress while making her way to a waiting boat with her children, Mason, nine, Penelope, seven, and four-year old Reign.
Kourtney, 40 added to her look with a pair of simple white sandals, while her eyes were shielded behind a pair of heavily tinted sunglasses.

With temperatures continuing to soar the reality star clutched a wide-brimmed summer hat as the family descended a set of steps before making their way onto a small jetty.
Kourtney and her family are currently in southern Italy as they prepare for sister Kylie Jenner’s lavish 22nd birthday celebration on August 10.
Former partner Scott Disick, with whom she shares her three children, and his current girlfriend Sofia Richie have also made the trip along with Kris Jenner and her partner, Corey Gamble.

Kylie had sparked speculation she could be getting married on the Amalfi coast after a white dress featuring an extravagant train was seen being loaded onto the plane.
However, insiders told TMZ the couple will not be tying the knot over the weekend despite appearances.

Kourtney’s ethereal display in Portofino comes after Scott admitted he was insecure when he was dating ex-girlfriend and the mother of his three children.
On a preview of his new real estate show Flip It Like Disick, the reality star talked about his on-off relationship with Kourtney and reflected on how much he’s grown up since then.
‘I feel like years ago, when I was, like, younger and stuff, I don’t know that I’ve been, like, motivated to, like, do all these things for the kids and, like, build houses for them,’ he said to Kourtney while they chatted at his house.

Scott explained that he used to be conscious of people judging him for being ‘uncool’ for having children so young.
‘I was just so insecure that, like, everybody would look at me like I’m not cool or young anymore. And now, I couldn’t be happier. But I’ll be honest, I would have never imagined driving the kids to school and stuff.’
Scott added, ‘Now that it’s part of life and, like, they want me to be there, I’m happy to be there. You know what I mean?’
Scott and Kourtney dated for nine years on and off from 2006 to 2015, and share have three children, Mason, nine, Penelope, seven, and Reign, four.
