The 41-year-old mother-of-five leaves boyfriend Kris Boyson furious after jetting to Turkey for ‘quick-fix’ lipo and then forcing him to empty her POTTY.
After a year of struggling with body confidence issues, Katie is on a mission to regain her ‘MILF’ status when she jets off to Turkey for cosmetic surgery.

She admits that her body confidence is at an all-time low, saying: ‘I hate my body. I want the old me back.
‘I’ve never been criticised over my body before, and now I’ve realised I’ve got to take drastic action to get my body back to how it was.’
Talking to personal trainer boyfriend Kris, Katie relays her plans. ‘So basically, I’m going to go to Istanbul and have a little quick fix.
‘I might have lipo from the knee up to under the boobs, sculpturing, fat put in my a***, come back with [a new] face.
‘I don’t know what I’m going to do yet until I’m there.’

Kris is baffled by her plans for surgery: ‘I thought all this was done, I thought we were over all this? It’s not a cure, having lipo. It will just come back.
‘You have to change your mindset. I don’t think you need to do it.’
But Katie is having none of Kris’s pushback and says: ‘I’m 40 years old, I’m a mature woman, I’m having it regardless of what anyone thinks.
‘But Kris is far from happy, as he puts his head in hands: “F****** hell, I hope she doesn’t totally change her image, because obviously I like the girl that I see now. I just hope she doesn’t go too far”.’

In pain and puffy-eyed, a bedbound Katie replies: ‘I look like a bloated alien, my body is in bits!’
But it’s not long until Kris’s attention is drawn away from Katie when he notices a children’s potty next to her! ‘What is that?! That better be Bunny’s’ he says stunned.

‘You have to help me get on my potty,’ Katie casually replies. ‘Why is it Bunny’s? She doesn’t need that, it’s for me.
‘I’ve got a hole in between this outfit, quick wee and poo and then I just go. Kris, can you empty it please?’
