The clip shows YouTube conspiracist Hidden Underbelly 2.0 using mapping software Google Earth to zoom in on the bridge in Ithaca, New York, US.
As he gets closer, the angle turns to street view and viewers see a mysterious figure hiding underneath the structure.
It appears to have a “demonic” face and stares directly at the camera.
In the caption, the conspiracy theorist wrote: “I was told about this evil looking face and I had to find this for myself and when I first saw it I got goosebumps as this image took my breath away but enough about me.
“This image comes from Google Earth in an area called Cayuga Waterfront Trail and this is underneath a highway bridge that crosses a body of water.”
Despite the YouTuber claiming it was a “demonic face” many believe it’s an abandoned mask.
Over 1,000 people have flooded in to see the figure for themselves.
One person bizarrely said: “That looked like something I saw when I was a kid.
“I guess that’s what we share our reality with.”
Another added: “It might be a mask, it looks like its a bit of a hangout with the empty cans. Still creepy vid though.”
A third said: “That’s graffiti.”
It comes after Google Maps street view revealed a very awkward mishap.
