OnePlus 7 has already achieved a massive victory ahead of its release

OnePlus 7 is the next flagship smartphone from the Shenzhen-based tech powerhouse and is anticipated to come in multiple models; the standard OnePlus 7, the OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.

The former is expected to be an incremental upgrade over the OnePlus 6T thanks to its rumoured similar build and screen size.

In contrast, the OnePlus 7 Pro is anticipated to present Android fans with a number of seismic changes to the product line.

Alleged renders of the hardware recently surfaced on Twitter thanks to teenage tipster Ishan Agarwal.

The claimed images showcased the flagship with a truly all-screen design and three cameras on its rear.

Agarwal showed the product in two colours he claimed were dubbed Nebula Blue and Mirror Grey respectively.

The display on the 7 Pro in particular has been claimed to be 6.64-inches in size by OnLeaks.

Other speculation has tipped the flagship’s panel to have a 90hz refresh rate which, if true, would be higher than most smartphones on the market.

This means using the OnePlus 7 to navigate Google’s Android operating system could be incredibly smooth, a characteristic the Chinese firm has teased in the build up to the phone’s launch.

Although the device will not debut until May 14, it appears the 7 Pro has already achieved a commendable victory.

OnePlus recently revealed the cover shots for the May edition of Harper’s Bazaar India were taken entirely on the new device.

The publication has shared a score of images on its Twitter page it claims have been shot on the 7 Pro.

The cover in question features British actress Jameela Jamil – several of the shots show her on top of a skyscraper with a scenic view in the background.

While it is unknown if any particular modes or features were used on the device, the images were exhibited with laudable levels of detail and impressive dynamic range.

OnePlus has already confirmed the 7 Pro will come with a triple camera system on the rear and has heavily suggested this will be comprised of a standard, ultra wide-angle and telephoto module.

The firm recently tweeted a picture of a bird that was taken from three angles suggesting this is the case.

OnLeaks also corroborated this theory and insisted the main sensor on the 7 Pro will be 48-megapixels.

OnePlus’ new series of phones will be unwrapped on May 14 – Express.co.uk will be covering proceedings live.
