Happy mom! Christina Anstead debuted her itty-bitty baby bump just hours after announcing that she and husband Ant Anstead are expecting their first child together.
The 35-year-old Flip or Flop star’s belly was barely visible in a flowy, long-sleeve, maroon top, black leggings and black sneakers. She wore her hair in a loose ponytail and sported dark sunglasses as she visited a supermarket in Brea, California, on Friday, March 22. Christina was later spotted beaming while exiting the store with a bag of groceries and a green drink.
Earlier on Friday, the HGTV star confirmed her pregnancy. “@ant_anstead and I are so excited to announce #babyanstead coming this September,” she captioned an Instagram photo of the couple holding her sonogram. “The kids are all so excited to meet their new sibling #5 #Gonnaneedabiggercar.”
Ant, 39, also shared the news on his Instagram account. “And then…… there were FIVE!!!” he wrote. “(Well …. four and a half! Will be Five in September)!!”
Christina shares daughter Taylor, 8, and son Brayden, 3, with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa. Meanwhile, Ant and ex-wife Louise are parents of daughter Amelie, 15, and son Archie, 12.
The couple wed in December 2018. The reality star split from Tarek, 37, in 2016, but the exes still work together on Flip or Flop.
Christina opened up to Us Weekly in June 2018 about the key to balancing parenting duties. “It’s important when you’re coparenting to make sure that you’re on the same page,” she noted. “We have a schedule where we make sure that if one of us has to travel, that the other picks up for the other one. And we just make sure that whatever’s best for the kids is what we’re going to do.”

One Big Happy Family
The newlyweds’ children played special roles in their nuptials. “They loved the wedding. They each got up and made little speeches, and we really included them on the big day,” Christina told Us exclusively in February. “They’re all doing really good. They’re settled, happy and content.”

No matter what happens during my day…I never take negativity home with me. When I have my babies I come home and can’t help but smile. I smile because I know no matter what we all love each other and nothing can break our bond. I just adore these two.”

Christina told Us that her ex-husband congratulated her and Ant after their wedding. “I think it’s really good closure for all of us and it’s a fresh start for him as well,” she said. “[I hope Tarek finds] someone who treats my kids very well, just like Ant treats my kids.”
