A swanky nightclub popular with celebrities and footballers was the scene of chaos on Monday as a brawl kicked off on the dancefloor.
Ice buckets were thrown before punches were traded in the bloody brawl inside Etiquette in Birmingham.
People were stamped on and thrown to the ground as bouncers tried to break up the fighting.
One man appears to hurl an ice bucket towards a group of men before another man with blood on his face launches it back, reports Birminham Live.
He then gets punched to the floor by a man in a white shirt before other men are shoved on top of him.
One reveller can be heard saying: "That's bad you know, it's bad ain't it!"
Another comments on punches being thrown, adding: "Boom! Boom!"
Two men can also be seen grappling on the dance floor as security guards struggled to stop the carnage.
The brawl happened during an exclusive St Patrick's Day after-party in the early hours of Monday, March 18.
A Etiquette spokesman said: "This is the first time an incident like this has ever happened and, as a venue, we are now working with police officers to help with their investigation.
"As always, the safety of our customers is paramount."
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances to treat three patients following disorder at the nightclub.
A senior paramedic, a paramedic officer and a MERIT trauma doctor were also dispatched to the scene.
A spokesman said: "On arrival, crews discovered three patients who had been assaulted.
"One of them, a man, was found to have suffered serious injuries in the incident.
"He received specialist trauma care at the scene before being taken to hospital on blue lights and sirens.
"The remaining two patients, both men, were also taken to hospital on the same ambulance, having received treatment for injuries not believed to be life-threatening."
West Midlands Police spokesman added: "Police were alerted by ambulance colleagues at 2.30am on Monday morning following a serious disorder at Etiquette Club in Cathay Street, Birmingham city centre.
"A 31-year-old man was found unconscious having suffered a serious head injury; he remains in hospital where his condition is improving.
"It’s understood other men were also injured in the disorder.
"Detectives have seized CCTV from the venue and surrounding area and enquiries are progressing. No arrests have been made at this stage."
