Getting candid about coparenting! Khloé Kardashian opened up about raising her 11-month-old daughter, True, with Tristan Thompson after the NBA player’s cheating scandal.
“He is a good dad to her,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 34, wrote on Twitter Opens a New Window. on Saturday, March 16. “My sweet and special baby True will NEVER be put in the middle of him and I. I can promise that.”
This was in response to a fan’s message that same day. “Hunny keep raising your daughter the best way you know how,” the social media user tweeted. “All she needs is her mom. You’re doing great. Keep ya head up.”
The Revenge Body cohost and her ex, 28, welcomed their daughter in April 2018 and split last month. Us Weekly confirmed on February 19 that the Cleveland Cavaliers player cheated on the reality star with her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods, on February 17.
“It’s more a disappointment about what will never be for True,” a friend told Us exclusively after the scandal. “Khloé stayed with Tristan because of True, hoping to be a family forever.”
A Kardashian family source added: “[It’s] a very sad situation for everyone. Khloé’s entire world is True. That’s helping her heart. Tristan and Khloé are coparenting a child together. That’s not really the issue. She’s doing her best to keep them on good terms.”
After tweeting about her coparenting situation, the Strong Looks Better Naked author responded to another fan on Twitter who asked how she was doing.
“It’s been tough but my baby girl has got me through,” the Kocktails With Khloé host wrote. “It will be a journey but I’ll be OK. I promise you. I hope you’ve been OK and that you are happy.”
