Facebook says it’s working to restore access to its services following widespread reports of outages on Wednesday.
Facebook addressed the outage on its Twitter account just before 2 p.m. ET, saying that officials were working to restore access as soon as possible.
The company did not say how many Facebook and Instagram accounts were impacted or indicate the cause of the disruption.
