The fashion designer gave fans insight into her hectic life when she spoke of her relationship with the footie ace and said she wanted to offer "an opportunity to see the real me."
Spice Girl Victoria, 44, stood in the middle of her messy bedroom floor that was strewn with clothes, towels and make-up and said: "It's a dump.
"You can see why I drive my husband crazy, because he is super-super-tidy … This would be giving David a panic attack right now, a full-on panic attack."
She went on: "I'm a germophobe, everywhere has got to be super-super-clean. I mean I will disinfect everywhere, but I am a bit messy, what are you going to do?"
David, 43, has been open about living with OCD and having suffered from anxiety, which stems from the condition.
In 2006, his wife said he is particular about how his house, and especially his fridge, is arranged: "He's got that obsessive compulsive thing where everything has to match. If you open our fridge, it's all co-ordinated down either side.
"We've got three fridges – food in one, salad in another and drinks in the third. In the drinks one, everything is symmetrical.
"If there's three cans, he'll throw one away because it has to be an even number."
And David revealed he assembles Lego models with the kids to calm himself down, telling the Sunday Times Magazine in 2014: ''When the kids finish school, they might have different activities going on, like football or rugby.
''But when they get home we'll often play one of their favourite games, like Connect 4. They also love Lego. So do I. The last big thing I made was Tower Bridge. It was amazing. I think Lego sometimes helps to calm me down.''
Elsewhere in Victoria's candid video, she revealed she brings a bottle of pricey tequila with her when she travels.
She favours Don Julio 1942, which retails at £120 a bottle, and tells viewers as she arrives at at auction house Sotheby’s in New York for a drinks reception: "We are all a little bit jet-lagged.
"We got up at four o’clock this morning so we thought, 'Just take the edge off'.
"I take my mate Don with me most places, because even when you’re really tired, really not in the mood, Don will get you through."
She also opens up about how she raises daughter Harper, seven, to strive to be kind rather than pretty.
She tells fans: "I think that as women we should celebrate the way we look and try and be the best version of ourselves, and not be too hard on ourselves. Be kind, to each other, as well as yourself.
"This is what I say to Harper all the time… it’s not about who is the prettiest girl in the class, it’s not about who is the smartest girl in the glass. It’s about who is the kindest girl in the class, and about feeling good about yourself and celebrating that and supporting other women as well."
