Maria Fowler fears Kady McDermott will 'come to harm' after she's sent death threats from vicious trolls

The former reality star clashed with 23-year-old Kady online before exposing her harsh words for the world to see.

But ever since, the former Love Island star has been bombarded with horrific abuse and forced to switch the comments off on social media.

She has even been dropped by clothing brands who condoned her comment.

But as the backlash got out of hand, 32-year-old Maria has begged fans not to troll Kady after she apologised to her over an inappropriate comment about her daughter.

She wrote on Instagram: "I have rang Kady this morning, she has apologised to me.

"I have seen the things that people are saying to her and despite the fact that her comment about Evie was totally wrong and initially I didn't want to contact her, I felt like I needed to make sure she's not at harm."

Maria went on: "I've suggested she just keeps her head down and lets this blow over. I didn't want something stupid to happen to a young girl because of the internet so if I can ask people despite your frustrations to stop inboxing her now, I appreciate all your support and nice messages over what happens."

Maria had initially launched a war of words with Kady on social media over claims she mimicked Maria's interior company, Project In A Village, with her new home renovation business.

Seeing red with the similarity between Kady's new business and her own, Maria privately contacted the reality star over Instagram in which she branded her an "alien head".

Their exchange got heated and it ended up with Kady calling her two-year-old daughter Evie "vile."

Baffled by the low-blow, Maria shared the conversation on Twitter and wrote: "So kady Mcdermott comes at me in my inbox calling me a nobody and resorts to calling my 2 year old daughter vile.

"What a lovely girl".

Kady has since apologised on her Instagram page.

As a result of her comments she has been dumped from endorsement deals with Missy Empire.

The fashion brand confirmed that Love Island star Kady will no longer be employed to endorse their clothes on her Instagram account.
