It comes as the finalist says she has no plans to quit her day job despite her success on the show.
SAS: Who Dares Wins Louise Gabbitas star has revealed excited patients ask for her to deliver their babies after seeing her on the show.
Louise, 29, said: "I've delivered some babies pre and post SAS and I'm getting pictures of the 'pre SAS delivered babies, lots of pictures of what they look like now.
They are like 'our baby was delivered by the SAS midwife.'
"Now when I walk in the delivery room they are like, 'well if anyone is going to get this baby out, it's going to be the SAS midwife."
It comes as she has spoken for the first time about getting punched in the face by male rival and said it "wasn’t any different than fighting a woman".
She added: "Now when I walk in the delivery room they are like, 'well if anyone is going to get this baby out, it's going to be the sas midwife."
Louise who was left battered and bruised during a boxing bout with 27-year-old student Nathaniel, said she gave as good as she got, although she was 'emotional' afterwards.
It is the first time the show has aired a female contestant being badly hurt in conflict with a man.
She's also one of the show’s first ever female recruits, and one of four women to reach the finals tonight.
Speaking exclusively to the Sun Online, she said: "It was just another task for me. I didn't feel any different as I would have if I was stood opposite a female."
Addressing how uncomfortable it was for the viewers she said: "I was hitting him back as well. It was a gender free situation."
Louise has made it to the finals alongside three other women, Lou, Hannah and Vicky, who are up against four male rivals.
Speaking about what it would mean for a woman to win, she said: "It will send a really positive message that should have been highlighted ages ago that there are women out there that are physically and mentally just as capable as men out there. Not all, but some.It's a really positive message.
"We are really keen to not make it all about gender. Every single person who got to the final eight is a winner."
