The boy, believed to be in his mid-teens, was found in Hackney, East London.
Police and paramedics were seen desperately working at the scene to help the teen.
A Met Police spokesperson said cops had been called to Clapton Common just before 3pm.
They said: "A youth, believed to be in his mid-teens, was found at the location with stab wounds.
"He has been taken to an east London hospital; his condition awaits.
"A crime scene is in place.
"No arrests, enquiries continue."
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said they were called to Castlewood Road just before 3pm, saying: "We sent an ambulance crew, a single responder in a car and an incident response officer to the scene. We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance.
"We treated a person at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre as a priority."
