The family were meant to fly back home to Detroit after a vacation in Miami on Wednesday night before they were escorted off the plane
‘All of a suddenly, as soon as they took us off, they closed the gate and said “Sorry sir, some people complained you had body odor and we’re not letting you back on,”‘ Adler told Local 10.
‘There’s no body odor that we have. There’s nothing wrong with us.’
Adler used his cell phone to film video of himself talking with staff after they were taken off the flight.
‘We don’t have odor, okay?’ he can be heard telling one man. ‘Nobody here has odor.’
American Airlines confirmed that Adler and his family were removed from the flight after ‘several passengers’ complained about their body odor.

The airline said the family was given a hotel room and meal vouchers for the night and booked onto a new flight for Thursday morning.
Adler said the airline had promised to take their luggage – including their car seat and stroller – off the plane but it instead went to Detroit without them.
The couple were reunited with their luggage in Detroit.
Jennie said the couple stopped several people in the airport to ask if they smelled.
Adler believes there was a different reason as to why he and his family got kicked off the plane, although he did not elaborate
The couple said the airline promised to take their bags off the plane but did not do so, leaving them with just the clothes off their backs for the night before a new flight in the morning
‘It’s embarrassing but we asked them, “Do you think we smell? Because we just got kicked off a plane for smelling,'” she recalled.
‘And they were like, “Oh my god, we’re so embarrassed for you that someone would do such a thing, no!”‘
