Back in December, Fury was denied boxing's greatest ever comeback when he drew with the WBC heavyweight world champ in Los Angeles.
Although the judges couldn't separate the two warriors, there was outrage in the Staples Center and around the world with the feeling that Fury had been "robbed".
This was despite the Gypsy King being put down twice – somehow he managed to get up in the 12th round from two devastating shots leaving the world stunned.
Speaking about the pair getting it on for a second time, Fury, 30, said: "Hopefully I get a fight with Deontay Wilder in America, or in England.
"I'm not really bothered where it is. If it's in Australia or Antarctica it wouldn't be a problem to me wherever the fight can be we will go.
"And that's it. I'd like a homecoming fight in April, maybe in Manchester or somewhere in the UK and then I'd like to fight Wilder again.
"But if not the homecoming fight then just Wilder. But if not Wilder then I will just have the homecoming fight."
Although Fury is keen to have another crack at winning the WBC strap – the one he has never held before – he isn't pinning the rest of his career on it.
He added: "Listen, I want the rematch with Wilder, if it happens or not it's down to them.
"If they want it or not, if they don't no problem to me. They're the ones who have got to redeem themselves, not me.
"I done everything I should have done. I don't need to redeem myself. I don't need a second chance at glory.
"I'm the lineal heavyweight champ of the world, I don't need a belt, an alphabetical title, there's so many of them."
Another fight the boxing public would love to see is Tyson Fury taking on fellow Brit and reigning WBO, WBA, IBF and IBO champ Anthony Joshua.
But that seems like a distant dream at the moment.
Joshua, 29, is pencilled in to defend his WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight world titles on April 13, at Wembley Stadium – yet an opponent is still to be finalised.
Fury's promoter Frank Warren said: "We’re certainly not having any conversations with Anthony Joshua because no one ever contacts us.
“All we do is read things, Hearn saying he’s been talking to him and tweeting him.
“As it stands now we’ve had zero with regards to any communication. Nothing at all.”
