The Dancing On Ice host – who only landed back in the UK from her I'm A Celeb presenting stint last week – enjoyed a raucous night out with her female pals.
Getting in the Christmas spirit Holly headed to private members club Annabel's in upmarket Mayfair with pals.
And she wore a cheeky T-shirt that read: "I can get you on the naughty list."
Clutching a glass of champagne, she cheekily poked her tongue out for the camera as he pal took a snap.
"Yes she can! The naughtiest little elf," her pal commented, sharing the picture on Instagram.
Despite the free-flowing wine and laughter, the mum-of-three was home by 8.30pm and shared a picture of her cat Bluebell hugging her leg.
"I think she’s missed me… best welcome home ever!" she wrote on Instagram.
Earlier this week, Holly ruled out hosting I’m A Celebrity… again.
She made her remarks as regular I’m A Celebrity… host Ant McPartlin prepared to return to work for the first time in 277 days.
It will be his first TV work since a car crash in March led him to check in to rehab for substance addiction.
And stand-in Holly, 37, cleared the way for his I’m A Celebrity… return.
She said: “It was a one-off, once in a lifetime adventure.
"Next year, I’ll be at home with everyone else having a glass of wine watching it.”
