She didn’t even make it through I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here after throwing a tantrum just days in.
But TOWIE star Gemma Collins reckons it won’t be like that with Dancing On Ice.
Despite the dangerous lifts, twists and turns, not only has she vowed to see if through to the bitter end, but she also reckons she’s so good that skating legends Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean should be running scared.
"[I] won’t quit!" she insisted at today’s launch on the ice rink at London’s Natural History Museum.
"I’m not here to take part, I’m here to take over."
And it turns out, ice-skating as been her calling all along, with The GC claiming she’s ‘at one’ with the ice and revealing she’s hoping to crack out a backflip or two.
She also refused to settle with being a novice, replying, ‘you never know’ when asked if she’ll ever be as good as judges Torvill and Dean.
However, Gemma won’t be in for an easy ride with some of her co-stars just as determined to win as she is.
Richard Blackwood hit back, "I’m definitely in it to win it."
Coronation Street star Jane Danson (Leanne Battersby) – who is skating with co-star Samia Longchambon’s husband Sylvian – was less bold, insisting she just wanted to do a good job.
Loose Women panelist Saira Khan echoed her sentiments, admitting, "This is the scariest thing I have ever done."
"It is scary, it is dangerous, but it’s a massive challenge to get it right," she said.
Richard Blackwood vowed to give The GC a run for her money, insisting, "I’m definitely in it to win it."
* Dancing On Ice starts Sunday, January 6 at 6pm on ITV.
