The 71-year-old football manager dons a superhero cape for the water challenge, but felt the sudden urge to go to the toilet as soon as he jumped off of the rotating wheel into a pool of murky water, only to be doused by water hoses.
While being bombarded with inflatable balls and other obstacles, the star shouted:"I want to wee, John.
"I want to have a wee. I want to wee John. "
John Barrowman urges his campmate to forget about his bladder until after the water challenge.
Shouting from the sidelines, the entertainer yelled: "Keep going."
Co-host's Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby also urge Harry not to empty his bladder on the site.
Dec screams: "You can't wee Harry, you cant wee."
The This Morning beauty adds: "No Harry."
However, the duo find the entire ordeal hilarious and can be seen giggling as they watch on.
Harry's urge to wee appears to distract him from the task at hand as moments after picking up the giant foam star, he drops it and falls to his knees.
Emily Atack, who is waiting her turn to get another star, screamed: "Oh no he's fallen over."
John advised: "Grab the rope."
