Iain Cocks, 51, had a two-year affair with inmate Michelle King, 34, it was claimed.
They allegedly had sex against a laundry room washing machine, in her cell and in a staff room.
Cocks, who was married to another prison officer, and King had Little Mix hit Secret Love Song as their tune. She said: “I used to sing it to him.”
The pair met at HMP New Hall in Wakefield, West Yorks, when King was serving eight years for killing her two-year-old daughter who died from a methadone overdose.
Their affair began after he told her he no longer had sex with his wife, Leeds crown court heard.
They first had sex after Cocks, of Barnsley, touched her as she bent over a washing machine while on cleaning duty in the laundry room.
Former heroin addict King, who was released nine months ago, told the court she developed feelings for Cocks and looked forward to seeing him.
She said: “I have never said I’m a victim. I knew what I was doing when I had sex with Mr Cocks.”
The officer is also accused of getting a second lag to act out the title of the porn film Debbie Does Dallas during a game of charades. Later, he allegedly molested her in her cell.
He denies two charges of misconduct in a public office and one of sexual assault. The trial continues.
