Hitman 2 is out very soon, and special edition bundles are our Deal of the Day

Assassins reporting for duty. Hitman 2 is hitting shelves tomorrow (November 13), letting players step back into the deadly shoes of the world’s favourite assassin, Agent 47.

Sean Bean has been whetting our appetites already, with the most recent trailer explaining the new multiplayer mode Ghost Mode. And now that the game’s (almost) here, we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

You’ll be able to play Hitman 2 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, so it’s time to make your choice when it comes to which console you’ll be pulling the trigger on.

There are four editions of Hitman 2 that you can pre-order, each with various bonuses:

  • The Standard Edition comes with just the game, but those who pre-order can get early access to the Sniper Assassin Mode.
  • The Silver Edition also has the Sniper Assassin Mode, but you also get the Executive Pack, which will give you some more in-game content like the Blackballer pistol and the Italian black leather briefcase. You also get access to Expansion 1, which will have new missions and locations.

  • The Gold Edition (available here) has all of the above, and it also extends your Sniper Assassin Mode to four days. You’ll also get access to Expansion 2, which blows the game into a much larger beast.
  • Finally, the Collector’s Edition (available here) includes all of the features of the Gold Edition. But you’ll also get some more in-game content on top of that, including a concussive rubber duck (yeah, we don’t know what that means, either) and the midnight black suit. It’s all packaged inside an exclusive replica gun case, complete with a signature coin, edition-exclusive steelcase and an Agent 47 bullet keyring to boot.
