What appeared to be a black bird stomping through someone’s kitchen turned out to be something very different.
This isn’t a crow at all – in fact it is a black cat.
The cat’s yellow eye looks like it could be the eye of a crow.
However, the beak of the crow isn’t a beak, but the cat’s ear.
The photo doesn’t show the feet or the whole tail so this feline was very easily mistaken for a bird.
Robert Maguire tweeted this photo last night and said: “This picture of a crow is interesting
because…it's actually a cat.”
It has received more than 16,000 retweets and 44,000 likes.
A Twitter account called Thoughts Of Cat replied: “We are masters of catouflage.”
Another Twitter user cleverly added: “Quothe said the craven..meow meow meow.”
Other users were definitely surprised.
One said: “My mind has been blown.”
Another added: “Lol I totally had to look at this a few times…”
Another added: “Black cats have awesome camouflage skills. They can hide in the dark, get away as a crow. What can't they do!”
One person showed how the photo tricked Google by putting it through reverse image search.
They said: “Google reverse image search says… not just a crow, but specifically an american crow.”
