His two subsequent runs haven't been so good, finishing fifth at Wolverhampton and sixth at Salisbury, though he did have excuses.
This stoutly bred son of Sea The Stars should relish the step up to this 1m2f trip and he goes handicapping of a decent-looking mark.
5.30 Newmarket – Ragstone Cowboy
Has run over 6f on each of his three starts to date but looks ready for this step up in trip on nursery debut.
Caught the eye when finishing strongly from off the pace to finish fifth at Chelmsford last time out.
First time hood fitted here and he could be handily weighted with yard among the winners.
