In the video the cop strong-arms the child and threatens to send him to jail as the boy’s aunt shrieks and films the interaction

‘You’re 12?’ the officer is heard asking him.

‘You’re about to go to jail. You’re going to go to a youth detention center if you don’t…’

All the while the Corey J’s aunt films the two as the officer seems to get ready to arrest him. The boy’s aunt pleads with the officer to talk to the boy’s father on the phone.

‘He’s got his rights. He’s not doing anything right now sir,’ she says to the cop with panic in her voice.

‘I have his father on the phone and you won’t even speak to him,’ she adds.

The officer simply replies by saying ‘Yup’.

Corey asks to be let go but the officer cuts him off. Then the camera suddenly seems to fall from the aunts hand and an altercation between her and the officer takes place as she shrieks.

The camera goes haywire in the video and the aunt and cop seem to get into a physical altercation where she and the camera end up on the ground

The video closes with this shot where another officer holds Corey J as the aunt is on the floor

The incident unfolded at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, Georgia on October 6

In a threatening tone, the officer says: ‘You put your hands on me again…’

‘You put your hands on my motherf***ing nephew!’ she says with tears.

The clips ends with a view from the ground looking up as the aunt seems to have fallen to the ground in the altercation.

The video was shared on Twitter and has racked up over 8,000 views.

‘This incident just took place at the Cumberland Mall, Atlanta. Look how this officer to touching this young kid. He would never be treating a little white kid like this. Then he attacks the kids family for questioning his actions. So tired of seeing this s***,’ Jason Pollock who shared the video wrote.
