This week, a federal judge dismissed Stormy Daniels‘ defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump, saying his calling her threat claims a “con job” on Twitter is constitutionally protected free speech.
While the NDA legal battle continues, Trump is already taking a victory lap, pretending he’s won the whole thing.
This morning he fired off a tweet about the lawsuit that not only misspelled Daniels’ name (below), but also called her ‘Horseface’ — an interesting insult considering he had previously been REALLY attracted to her:
Maybe Trump should check with his lawyer and not, y’know, Fox News for accurate legal info.
Of course, he shouldn’t need to be told DON’T MOCK WOMEN’S LOOKS, YOU A-HOLE!
Thankfully, Stormy clapped. The. F**k. Back. She wrote:

And it wasn’t just her who went after Trump this morning, either! Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti couldn’t resist calling out the Cheeto-in-Chief, too (below):
