The Premier League and EA have teamed up to give UK-based fans the chance to represent their favourite team in the competition.
It will be played over three months and there will be three rounds – online qualification, live club play-offs and the live ePL final.
Players will compete in a cup competition from February to March to find the best gamers on Xbox and Playstation.
Then the finalists will go head-to-head in a half-day tournament to decide which players will represent each Premier League club.
The competition will begin in January, but registrations will open in December.
Fans have the chance to lead their club to a title if they win the final – which will be shown live on Sky Sports and on all Premier League social media channels.
The final will be played in London on March 28/29 and players have the chance to bag themselves some Global Series Points on Fifa 19.
Speaking about the tournament, Premier League Managing Director Richard Masters said: "EA Sports is a fantastic partner for the Premier League.
"We are looking forward to launching ePremier League with them."
EA Sports Gaming Commissioner Brent Koning added: "The inclusion of the ePL will undoubtedly enhance the player and spectator experience.
"Having the most popular football league in the world commit to competitive gaming in this expansive fashion, we believe only accelerates the community's enthusiasm for both Fifa Competitive Gaming and the Premier League."
