It looks like Ryan Thomas could be ready to pop the question any day now because Lucy Mecklenburgh found her perfect ring months ago.
Since January, the former TOWIE star has liked separate Instagram images of the same stunning oval engagement ring almost TWENTY times.
The oval cut diamond is by Jean Dousset, who is the great-great grandson of iconic jeweller Louis Cartier.
Lucy, 27, first set her sights on the bling on the Los Angeles based jeweller’s Instagram page last year and since January she’s hit the like button on the oval design 16 times.
In September alone, she gave it a thumbs up on five separate occasions.
The ring that has received the most attention is the beautiful Chelsea Pink Two-Tone oval cut rock, which features a platinum head and pink diamond in an 18k rose gold band.
That was closely followed by a very similar oval shaped designed, which doesn’t feature the rose gold band.
Jean Dousset, who has designed rings for the likes of Hollywood stars Amy Adams and Eva Longoria, offers one-on-one consultation services for the perfect gem and each ring is custom made to order.
"Our Chelsea Pink is one of our most popular designs and starts at $18,600 for a one carat centre stone,” Jaimie Weiss, Director of Marketing at Jean Dousset told Mirror Online.
"The sky is the limit in terms of pricing, it really depends on the selection of the centre stone.”
She adds: “Our clients are from all around the world. Only 20% of our clients actually come into our showroom in Los Angeles."
Lucy and former Corrie star Ryan have been dating for almost a year and a half after hitting it off when they competed on Bear Grylls’ Celebrity Island together early last summer.
