Apprentice beauty Camilla Ainsworth worked out three times a day and ate tins of sweetcorn to lose weight after becoming 'obsessed with unhealthy diets'

The 22-year-old entrepreneur was two stone lighter when she forced herself to work out three times a day, and admitted her extreme routine made her "unhappy".

She shared a before and after photo on Instagram and told fans: "LEFT: 3 cardio classes per day, unhappy and obsessed with unhealthy diets.

"Looking back I was definitely on the verge of a problem, I thought a tin of sweet corn was an adequate meal

"RIGHT: 2 stones heavier, VERY relaxed gym schedule, lots of chocolate croissants embracing the curves"

The rising star's followers showered her with compliments, and one said: "wow mill, you’re my inspiration to drag myself to the gym"

Camilla, from Lancashire, is the owner of gourmet nut milk brand M+LKPLUS.

She admitted she is an adrenaline junkie and loves to try anything new and exciting – from skydiving to swimming with sharks.

On joining Sir Alan Sugar's show, she said: “I’m a bundle of energy and creativity and certainly a one off… ain’t no Vanilla Camilla.”

She announced her appointment on Instagram three days ago, and wrote alongside her official photo: "SO relieved and excited to finally announce I am a candidate on THE APPRENTICE this year!!

"Tune in at 9pm Wednesdays (3rd October) to watch me bring the sa$$ in the boardroom TEAM LANCASHIRE!!"

She added in another snap: "making money move"

The BBC reality show, now going into its 14th series and featuring hour-long episodes, will kick off again on BBC One on Wednesday, October 3.

Each series of the programme aims to find a new apprentice for billionaire business mogul and Amstrad founder Lord Alan Sugar, who's worth £1.4bn.

It aims to recreate the toughest of business environments and tasks for its set of contestants, but it is often very funny due to the incompetence and arrogance of the competitors.
